NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based pipe, involves adding 100 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene and 50 pts. wt. graphene powder to acetic acid solution, stirring at high speed, dispersing ultrasonically to obtain mixture (I), drying mixture (I), pelletizing to obtain modified graphene powder, adding 200 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 1 pt. wt. phosphite antioxidant and 1 pt. wt. fatty acid dispersant to modified graphene powder, extruding obtained mixture, granulating to obtain mixture (II), mixing 50 pts. wt. polypropylene resin with mixture (II) and molding. USE - Preparation of graphene-based pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-based pipe with high strength, excellent weather resistance and aging resistance. The preparation method is simple and economical.
