▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polyamide 11/reduced graphene oxide complex material comprises (a) adding graphene to an aqueous ethanol solution, subjecting to ultrasonic dispersion, freez- drying, and drying to obtain pretreated graphene, and adding polyamide 11in a vacuum drying box for drying treatment to obtain pretreated polyamide 11and (b) mixing the pretreated polyamide 11and the pretreated graphene according to the mixing ratio to obtain a mixed material, then heating both the upper and lower molds and the mold of the press to 200-220 degrees C, taking out of the mold, placing the mixture in the mold, then adding the mold into a compression press for compression molding to obtain the polyamide 11/reduced graphene oxide complex material. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyamide 11/reduced graphene oxide complex material. ADVANTAGE - The method: changes the crystal structure of polyamide 11 from alpha crystal form to gamma crystal form, promotes the crystallization behavior of polyamide 11, improves the impact performance, dielectric constant, permeability and return loss of polyamide 11, and reduces the production cost of polyamide 11. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for polyamide 11/reduced graphene oxide complex material.
