▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-enhanced hydrogel comprises 0.1-5 %mass amphiphilic graphene, 0.25-3 %mass sodium lactate, 0.5-5 %mass calcium alginate, and remaining of water. USE - Graphene-enhanced hydrogel used for preparing bacteria, drugs or gene carriers, and in medicament for treating chronic diarrhea, depression or radiation intestinal injury (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-enhanced hydrogel has excellent biocompatibility, has excellent mechanical properties and water retention stability and hinder oxygen permeability, extends the in vitro storage time of anaerobic bacteria, and used as a carrier for bacterial drugs, and effectively expands the application range of hydrogels. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing graphene-enhanced hydrogel comprising adding amphiphilic graphene to sodium alginate solution, and adding calcium lactate solution to obtain graphene-enhanced hydrogel; and (2) a graphene-enhanced hydrogel bacterial carrier comprising the graphene-enhanced and bacteria, where the bacteria are loaded in the graphene-enhanced hydrogel.
