NOVELTY - Modified graphene oxide anticorrosive paint comprises 40-60% epoxy resin, 0.3-1% functionalized silicon dioxide-aluminum dihydrogen tri-polyphosphate (SiO2-AlH2P3O10) loaded graphene oxide nano composite material, 20-40% curing agent, 1-3% auxiliary agent and water (remaining amount). The preparation of functionalized SiO2-AlH2P3O10 loaded graphene oxide nano composite material comprises: adding silane coupling agent modified SiO2-AlH2P3O10 composite material into aqueous suspension of oxidized graphene modified by dopamine hydrochloride, magnetically stirring at room temperature, repeatedly washing the product with ethanol and de-ionized water, vacuum drying to constant weight to obtain functionalized SiO2-AlH2P3O10 load graphene oxide nano composite material; where the mass ratio of the graphene oxide modified graphene oxide and the silane coupling agent modified SiO2-AlH2P3O10 composite material is 1:1-3:1. USE - Used as modified graphene oxide anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive paint improves dispersibility to avoid agglomeration, improves wear-resistant performance and hydrophobic performance, when the coating is damaged; can generate passivation film, covering damaged coating, prevents corrosion substance from continuously corroding the coating; has great reinforcing effect on the corrosion resistance, high wear-resistance, good hydrophobicity, strong impact resistance and strong corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified graphene oxide anticorrosive paint, comprising (1) dispersing the functionalized SiO2-AlH2P3O10 loaded graphene oxide nano composite material in de-ionized water, ultrasonically at room temperature to obtain functionalized SiO2-AlH2P3O10 loaded graphene oxide nano composite material aqueous dispersion; and (2) adding epoxy resin, continuously ultrasonicating, continuously mechanical stirring, so that the functionalized SiO2-AlH2P3O10 supported graphene oxide nanocomposite is uniformly dispersed in the epoxy resin, adding curing agent and auxiliary agent at the same time, and continuously stirring the mixture.
