NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene metal primer comprises 41-45 pts. wt. acrylate emulsion, 6.3-7.1 pts. wt. waste polystyrene foam, 4.2-5.3 pts. wt. graphene, 5-7 pts. wt. acetate fiber, 11-13 pts. wt. medical stone powder, 4-6 pts. wt. soybean protein isolate, 0.7-0.9 pt. wt. vinyltris( beta -methoxyethoxy)silane, 0.6-0.8 pt. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, 8-11 pts. wt. linalyl acetate, 3-5 pts. wt. water glass, 21-23 pts. wt. pigment and proper amount of deionized water. USE - Aqueous graphene metal primer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene metal primer has excellent chemical resistance, water resistance, mildewproof property and rustproof property and does not pollute the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing the aqueous graphene metal primer, which involves grinding medical stone powder over 120-140 sieve, adding linalyl acetate to a high speed mixer, stirring at high speed for 10-15 minutes, treating at 610-660 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, cooling to room temperature, adding soybean protein isolate, ultrasonically crushing for 40-50 minutes to obtain a modified mixed powder, mixing water glass and 1-2 times deionized water, uniformly stirring, adding vinyltris( beta -methoxyethoxy)silane, ultrasonically dispersing for 15-20 minutes, adding graphene and acetate fiber, uniformly stirring, leaving in a water bath at 85-95 degrees C for 8-10 hours, putting the mixture in a mixer, stirring at 10000 rpm for 30 seconds, filtering, washing until to be neutral, drying to obtain modified graphene, washing waste polystyrene foam, drying, crushing, adding the crushed waste polystyrene foam to 1.5-2 times mixed solvent, uniformly stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved, adding acrylic emulsion and polyvinylpyrrolidone, uniformly stirring, putting the mixture in a water bath at 55-65 degrees C under stirring condition for 20-30 minutes to obtain modified acrylate emulsion, adding modified mixed powder and modified graphene to deionized water, stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding pigment, stirring at high speed for 30-60 minutes, milling to a particle size of below 60 mu m, adding modified acrylate emulsion, continuously dispersing at a vacuum degree of 0.1 MPa for 1-2 hours and filtering out the material.
