NOVELTY - Preparing copper/graphene/copper composite material comprises (i) cleaning copper foil, taking copper foil as substrate; (ii) using direct current power supply to polish surface of copper foil; (iii) reacting polished copper foil with high temperature gas phase, growing single layer of graphene on surface of copper foil; and (iv) depositing layer of nano-copper film on surface of graphene by magnetic control sputtering method. USE - The copper/graphene/copper composite material is useful in national power system and integrated circuit. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, short time consumption, high efficiency; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high conductivity copper/graphene/copper composite material, is prepared by the method.
