NOVELTY - A low-layer graphene oxide dispersion liquid is prepared by adding 10-20 pts. wt. strong acid to reactor, controlling system temperature at 10-20 degrees C, adding 1-2 pts. wt. graphite powder and 3-5 pts. wt. permanganate into reactor while stirring, keeping system temperature to 10-20 degrees C, maintaining temperature to 10-20 degrees C, continuously stirring to obtain reaction mixture, transferring to ball milling tank, ball milling with ball material at mass ratio of 300-400:1 at speed of 100-150 revolutions/minute (rpm), 300-350 rpm and 500-550 rpm to obtain ball milling product, taking out, transferring to reactor, adding 100-150 pts. wt. water into reactor while stirring, cooling product in reactor to 35-40 degrees C, adding 5-10 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide solution into reactor, repeatedly centrifuging product to precipitate, and washing until the presence of sulfate is not detected in the washing solution with barium chloride solution. USE - The method is used for preparing low-layer graphene oxide dispersion liquid for adsorbing and reinforcing and toughening of composite material. ADVANTAGE - The product has low operation and energy consumption and high temperature control during preparation, promotes dispersion of graphite and penetration and oxidation of oxidants through ball milling, reduces waste water by 80% and oxidant and water consumption by more than 50%, realizes efficient and rapid preparation, and shortens preparation time by 20 hours.
