NOVELTY - Producing carbon-based two-dimensional hybrid material, comprises (a) preparing a first sheet material using 20 layers of graphene material, (b) preparing second sheet material (thicker than the first sheet material) using a carbon nanotube plate material, and (c) mixing the first sheet material with the second sheet material. USE - The method is useful for producing carbon-based two-dimensional hybrid material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The two-dimensional hybrid material has thermodynamic, electrical conductivity, heat conductive and heat radiation properties.
