NOVELTY - Preparing polyvinyl butyral resin involves dispersing graphene in distilled water and adding hydrogen peroxide to form a mixed solution, and then adding sodium allyl sulfonate to the mixed solution, stirring uniformly, putting the mixed solution in a sealed kettle, and heat the mixed solution to 190-210 degrees C for heat preservation, after the heat preservation is finished, cooling to normal temperature with kettle, taking out the mixed liquid, concentrate under reduced pressure to obtain first mixture. The polyvinyl alcohol is dissolved in distilled water to make a polyvinyl alcohol solution. The polyvinyl alcohol solution is bathed at a constant temperature of 10-20 degrees C. The butyraldehyde and the mixture are added to the polyvinyl alcohol solution, stirred uniformly, after the addition is complete, and then stirred for 30-40 minutes. The solution is heated to 60-70 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, and then air-cooled to normal temperature to obtain solid-liquid separation. USE - Method for preparing polyvinyl butyral resin. ADVANTAGE - The method enable to prepare polyvinyl butyral resin has good infrared blocking performance and heat resistance stability.
