NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heating paint comprises (i) preparing graphene, resin, additive, solvent and metal neodymium powder, (ii) mixing graphene and additive in a grinder, adjusting power of the grinder to 300W, controlling the grinding machine to work for 5 hours, grinding and dispersing, (iii) continuously adding metal neodymium powder and controlling the grinder to work for 2 hours, grinding and dispersing, (iv) continuously adding resin to the grinder after completing step (iii) grinding, and controlling the grinding machine to work for 3 hours for grinding and dispersing, and (v) continuously adding solvent into the grinder after completing step (iv) grinding, controlling the grinding machine to work for 3 hours, grinding and dispersing to obtain final product. USE - The graphene heating paint is useful in preparing heating sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene heating paint: has high thermal conductivity, simple operation and low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing heating sheet by using graphene heating paint, comprising (a) preparing conductive coating, ceramic panels and graphene heating paint, and spraying conductive coating on the ceramic panels, (b) placing the the ceramic panel sprayed with conductive paint prepare in step (a) in a oven, adjusting temperature of the oven to 120 degrees C, and curing for 1 hour and 30 minutes, taking out after curing, and allowing to stand for cooling at room temperature, (c) spraying the graphene heating paint on the ceramic panel thus the graphene heating paint covers a part of the conductive silver paste, and part of the conductive silver paste is exposed outside the graphene heating paint, (d) placing the ceramic panel sprayed with conductive paint and graphene heating paint obtained in step (c) into a oven, adjusting temperature of the oven to 800 degrees C, and curing for 3 hours, taking out after curing, and allowing to stand for cooling at room temperature to form heating sheet, and (e) electrifying and testing the heating sheet contained in step (d) for 30 minutes, and testing whether the performance of the heating film meets the preset value.
