NOVELTY - Preparing high-quality electronic aluminum foil involves preparing micro-nano graphene sheet by electrolytic method. The micro-nano graphene sheet prepared is blown into the bottom of the aluminum liquid by using high pressure gas, and at the same time, the aluminum liquid is tumbling and the micro-nano graphene sheet is homogenized by magnetic stirring. The aluminum liquid is left to stand in vacuum, cast into an aluminum ingot, and the surface layer rich in impurities is removed by wire cutting. The aluminum ingot is milled and edged, and after annealing, the billet is hot-rolled and finish-rolled into a strip. The strip is annealed and cold rolled in multiple passes, and foil rolled into aluminum foil. The aluminum foil in step (5) is mirror-polished with metal mirror processing equipment, and finely cut into electronic aluminum foil. USE - Method for preparing high-quality electronic aluminum foil for use in conductive fields such as lithium-ion battery and capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing short process flow, high yield, excellent product performance, simple device, capable of obtaining high-strength high-conductivity high-ductility electronic aluminum foil with high surface ability, suitable for mass production.
