▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - 1 mg/ml Graphene-graphene oxide nanocomposite is prepared. Glassy carbon electrode is processed with 0.3 mu m aluminum oxide polishing cloth, polished using 0.05 mu m aluminum oxide polishing cloth, washed with ethanol, secondary cleaning is performed using water, ultrasonically cleaned and cleaned with high-purity nitrogen. The processed glassy carbon electrode is polished using 3-8 ~L graphene-graphene oxide nanocomposite having concentration of 1 mg/ml and dried using natural air, to obtain graphene-graphene oxide nanocomposite-modified electrode. USE - Manufacture of modified electrode for simultaneous determination of concentrations of catechol and hydroquinone (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides electrode by simple, environmentally-friendly and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide is slowly added to solution containing graphene, obtained dilute solution is washed with water and ultrasonically dispersed for 30 minutes, to obtain 1 mg/ml graphene-graphene oxide nanocomposite. Glassy carbon electrode is processed with 0.3 mu m aluminum oxide polishing cloth, polished using 0.05 mu m aluminum oxide polishing cloth, washed with ethanol, secondary cleaning is performed using water, ultrasonically cleaned and cleaned with high-purity nitrogen. The processed glassy carbon electrode is polished using 3-8 ~L graphene-graphene oxide nanocomposite having concentration of 1 mg/ml and dried using natural air, to obtain graphene-graphene oxide nanocomposite-modified electrode. The mass ratio of graphene and graphene oxide is 0.5-3:1. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for determination of catechol and hydroquinone concentration, which involves catechol and hydroquinone are added to electrolytic cell containing phosphate buffer having pH of 7, differential pulse scan is performed using graphene-graphene oxide nanocomposite-modified electrode as working electrode, silver/silver chloride electrode as reference electrode and platinum electrode as counter electrode, process is repeated for different concentration of catechol and hydroquinone, peak is drawn based on linear equation based on differential pulse method, linear equations are combined, unknown concentration is measured and concentration of isomer is calculated.
