▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Establishing tetrahedral structure electrochemical aptamer sensor targeting chloramphenicol, comprises (1) synthesizing single strand of DNA tetrahedron structure of DNA tetrahedron structure base sequence having a fully defined sequence of 94 nucleotides of (SEQ.ID.NO: 1) as given in specification, fully defined sequence of 70nucleotides of (SEQ.ID.NO: 2) as given in specification, fully defined sequence of 70 nucleotides of (SEQ.ID.NO: 3) as given in specification, and fully defined sequence of 70 nucleotides of (SEQ.ID.NO: 4) as given in specification, (2) preparing sulfuric acid electrolyte solution, potassium ferrocyanide and potassium chloride electrolyte, chloroauric acid and sulfuric acid electrolyte, graphene oxide dispersion, 6-mercapto-1-hexanol blocking solution, and electroactive substance methylene blue, pipeting methylene blue solution on electrode, incubating, and rinsing electrode surface with deionized water. USE - The method for establishing tetrahedral structure electrochemical aptamer sensor targeting chloramphenicol. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to establish electrochemical aptamer sensor with tetrahedral structure targeting chloramphenicol, which reduces the detection cost and effectively improves the sensitivity of detection, realizes convenient and efficient detection of antibiotic residue, and provides simple and cheap sensitive detection.
