NOVELTY - The plate (100) has heat radiation pins (130) arranged on an outer side surface of an exhaust pipe part (120) and a top surface of a plate part (110), where the pins are formed as circular-shaped structures (130c). The exhaust pipe part is arranged on top part of an electric lamp substrate. A plate body is made of heat dissipation polymer composite material that comprises 2-20 pts. wt. graphene nano-material, 100 pts. wt. thermoset polymer resin, 0.1-2 pts. wt. carbon nanotube and the thermal conductance additive. The thermal conductance additive comprises 5-30 pts. wt. expanded graphite (5). USE - Radiation plate for an LED lighting apparatus (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to an incandescent lamp, fluorescent lamp, stand, overhead projector, street light and stage lamp. ADVANTAGE - The radiation plate is made of the heat dissipation polymer composite material that comprises the thermoset polymer resin, graphene nano-plate, carbon nano-tube and thermal conductance, so that mechanical property of the plate can be improved, thermal conductance of the plate can be increased, configuration of the plate can be simplified, manufacture and installation effect of the plate can be facilitated, and the plate increases compatibility effect toward a lighting circuit of the lighting apparatus, and improves simplicity of handling, installation and stability of the lighting apparatus.
