NOVELTY - Producing graphene comprises (i) mixing graphite and zinc powder through thermal stripping to obtain graphene precursor, (ii) dissolving the graphene precursor obtained in step (i) in surfactant-containing solution and ultrasonic peeling to obtain graphene solution, (iii) centrifuging the graphene solution obtained in step (ii), filtering, washing and drying to obtain graphene crude product, and (iv) carrying out microwave heat treatment of the graphene crude product obtained in step (iii) to obtain graphene. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene has high purity and yield, no pollution to the environment and has simple preparation process.
