NOVELTY - Cathode material comprises core-shell structure particles, comprises core (01) component and shell layer (02) coated on core component which includes non-completely graphitized carbon material (11) and graphite particles (12) embedded in non-composite carbon material. The shell layer includes carbon materials and conductive agents doped in carbon materials. USE - Cathode material used in battery cathode and secondary battery, where secondary battery is lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode material has excellent de-embedding ability of lithium, and has high conductivity, to impart excellent multiplying power performance to cathode, where preparation method is effectively ensure prepared cathode structure and stable electrochemical performance, and high efficiency; core component of composite structure has excellent isotropy, and is good for stripping of lithium; improves conductivity of material, and on other hand, improves lithium-dioxide (Li+) de-embedding speed of surface of materials, where graphite particles are sub-micron level, and graphitization degree of particles is 90-100%.
