▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The surface has multiple unit cells that are repeatedly arranged in a metallic layer (11) based o9n a size of transmitted wave through electric signal. A graphene film (12) is coated on the metallic layer such that phase-shift of the transmitted wave is passed through a main body. The unit cell is applied in the graphene film such that incident wave is determined according to rotation angle of the unit cell. The unit cell is formed with a U-shaped hole such that the transmitted wave is arranged to have predetermined angle of refraction in the unit cell. USE - Active-type meta surface for an optical element (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The surface is combined with a graphene to control optical characteristic, so that the electric signal can be provided to overcome limitation of the main body. The surface possessively controls optical property and an optical element and easily controls a wave plate, a beam shaper, lens and light including hologram by a controller.
