NOVELTY - Preparing graphene silicon dioxide bonding graft polyaniline/aqueous epoxy-containing silicon resin compound coating comprises (i) adding the graphene oxide into de-ionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 3-4 hours to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding ammonia water, magnetically stirring for 15 minutes to obtain alkaline graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding anhydrous ethanol, de-ionized water and ethyl orthosilicate, stirring and reacting for 6 hours at 60degrees Celsius, filtering and washing until the solid product becomes neutral, and obtaining graphene oxide-silicon dioxide compound material; (ii) adding the graphene oxide-silicon dioxide compound material obtained in the step (i) into 100 ml deionized water, stirring for 30 minutes to form dispersion, adding silane coupling agent, stirring and refluxing for 6 hours at 60degrees Celsius, cooling to room temperature, placing the reflux reaction device in the ice water bath of 3-5 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene silicon dioxide bonding graft polyaniline/aqueous epoxy-containing silicon resin compound coating used for preparing epoxy resin compound anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the polyaniline, dispersibility of graphene, realizes more obvious synergetic effect, and improves the corrosion resistance of the coating, and is simple and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene silicon dioxide bonding graft polyaniline/aqueous epoxy-containing silicon resin compound coating comprises (i) adding the graphene oxide into de-ionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 3-4 hours to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding ammonia water, magnetically stirring for 15 minutes to obtain alkaline graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding anhydrous ethanol, de-ionized water and ethyl orthosilicate, stirring and reacting for 6 hours at 60degrees Celsius, filtering and washing until the solid product becomes neutral, obtaining graphene oxide-silicon dioxide compound material, where the concentration of the graphene oxide dispersion liquid is 1-1.5 mg/ml, the ratio of the volume of the ethyl orthosilicate to the mass of the graphene oxide is 50 ml: 1 mg, the mass fraction of the ammonia water is 25 wt.%, the volume ratio of the ammonia water and the ethyl orthosilicate is 1:1, the volume ratio of the ethyl orthosilicate, absolute ethyl alcohol, deionized water is 80:15:5; (ii) adding the graphene oxide-silicon dioxide compound material obtained in the step (i) into 100 ml deionized water, stirring for 30 minutes to form dispersion, adding silane coupling agent, stirring and refluxing for 6 hours at 60degrees Celsius, cooling to room temperature, placing the reflux reaction device in the ice water bath of 3-5 hours, using hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value of the reaction liquid to 1, adding aniline, magnetically stirring for 30 minutes, dropping ammonium persulfate aqueous solution as initiator, magnetically stirring for 6-8 hours, filtering and washing the solid product to neutral by de-ionized water, freezing and drying the solid product for 48 hours to obtain graphene silicon dioxide bonding grafted polyaniline compound material, where the mass ratio of the silane coupling agent and the graphene oxide in the step (i) is 20:1, the mass ratio of the aniline to the oxidized graphite alkene in the step (i) is 3:1, the mass ratio of ammonium persulfate to aniline in ammonium persulfate aqueous solution is 3:1; (iii) adding the deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol into the reagent bottle, then adding citric acid, ultrasonicating until the citric acid is completely dissolved, continuously adding ethyl orthosilicate into the reagent bottle, gamma-(2, 3-epoxy propoxy) propyl trimethoxy silane, dimethyl diethoxy silane, stirring and reacting for 8 hours at 40degrees Celsius to obtain aqueous epoxy resin containing epoxy group, where the mass ratio of the de-ionized water to the absolute ethyl alcohol is 2:1, citric acid is de-ionized water, absolute ethyl alcohol, ethyl orthosilicate, gamma-(2, 3-epoxy propoxy) propyl trimethoxy silane and dimethyl diethoxy silane of the total mass of 1-1.5%, ethyl orthosilicate, gamma-(2, 3-epoxy propoxy) propyl trimethoxy silane, the mass ratio of the dimethyl diethoxy silane is 5:12:4, total mass of de-ionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol and ethyl orthosilicate, the ratio of the total mass of gamma-(2, 3-epoxy propoxy) propyl trimethoxy silane and dimethyl diethoxy silane is 1:1; and (iv) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene-silicon dioxide bonding graft polyaniline compound material (GO-SiO2-PANI) in the aqueous epoxy-containing epoxy resin, coating on the metal or alloy surface, heating and curing at 50degrees Celsius, where the adding amount of the graphene silicon dioxide bonding grafting polyaniline compound material in the aqueous epoxy-containing silicon resin is 1.5-3.5 wt.%.
