▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Changing pores of iron phosphate to increase rate of lithium iron phosphate comprises (i) dissolving ferrous sulfate heptahydrate in water, and removing impurities in alkaline solution to obtain ferrous sulfate solution; (ii) adding phosphoric acid, hydrogen peroxide, organic carbon source solution into the ferrous sulfate solution to obtain mixed solution a; (iii) adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution a, washing and filter pressing after the co-precipitation reaction to obtain a filter cake; (iv) drying and sieving the filter cake to obtain iron (III) phosphate dihydrate doped with organic carbon source; (v) dehydrating the iron (III) phosphate dihydrate doped with organic carbon source at high temperature to obtain the loose porous iron phosphate precursor; and (vi) mixing the iron phosphate precursor with lithium source, carbon source and additive, grinding, spray drying, roasting and crushing to obtain high-rate lithium iron phosphate material. USE - The method is useful for changing pores of iron phosphate to increase rate of lithium iron phosphate. ADVANTAGE - The method: can produce high rate lithium iron phosphate with a porous and small primary particle structure and increased specific surface area thus quickly deintercalate between ions thus can realize 5C charging and 5C discharge cycles for 500 weeks, and the capacity retention rate of more than 80% and is simple, convenient and easy to operate.
