NOVELTY - High-barrier thermoplastic polyurethane film comprises 40-60 pts. wt. terminal hydroxyl thermoplastic polyurethane, 5-15 pts. wt. ionol, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene hydrotalcite compound, 0.1-3 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 3-10 pts. wt. vinyl polysiloxane and 1-8 pts. wt. isocyanate curing agent. USE - The high-barrier thermoplastic polyurethane film is used for electronics in film capacitors or circuit boards (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-barrier thermoplastic polyurethane film has excellent water vapor and oxygen barrier properties and low dielectric loss. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the electronic high-barrier thermoplastic polyurethane film, involving (a) uniformly mixing and dispersing graphene-hydrotalcite composite with ionol, uniformly mixing same with vinyl polysiloxane, and uniformly dispersing to obtain material (A), uniformly mixing hydroxyl-terminated thermoplastic polyurethane with solvent to obtain material (B), (b) uniformly mixing obtained material (A) with material (B), and adding crosslinking agent and isocyanate curing agent to material (A) to obtain slurry, and (c) casting obtained slurry to film to obtain high-barrier thermoplastic polyurethane film.
