NOVELTY - Photoelectric microbial coupling water treatment unit comprises a transparent box body (1) convenient for sunlight to irradiate into the box body and provided with multiple through holes (11) for water inlet; a water processing mechanism (3), which is obliquely arranged on the support (2) in the transparent box body; a storage battery (5) set in the waterproof tank capable of floating on the water surface; a solar panel (6) electrically connected with the storage battery; a buoyancy mechanism (7) set on the transparent box body and provides buoyancy for the transparent box body (1); a rope penetrating ring (8) is set on the side wall of the transparent box body; a rope (9) for limiting the placing position of the transparent box body is inserted in the rope penetrating ring. The water processing mechanism comprises a modified photoelectric polar plate (31), a particle electrode layer (32) and a biological cathode layer (33) which are contact from top to bottom. USE - The photoelectric microbial coupling water treatment unit is useful for treating black and odorous water (claimed) in rivers and lakes due to enter of industrial wastewater, urban domestic sewage and farmland fertilizers and pesticides. ADVANTAGE - The photoelectric microbial coupling water treatment unit can directly carry out water treatment in the black and odorous river, with simple structure, small volume and low energy consumption.
