NOVELTY - A graphene coating comprises 55-65 pts. wt. aqueous silicone resin, 18-22 pts. wt. graphene material, 8-12 pts. wt. nano-inorganic ceramic material and 8-12 pts. wt. alcohol solvent. USE - The graphene coating is useful in preparation of graphene PTC heat sink in heater (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene coating provides graphene PTC heat sink, which has excellent antibacterial effect, improves the cost performance of the whole heater, the electrothermal conversion efficiency of the heater with PTC as heat source, the ratio of electrothermal radiation conversion efficiency, and safety, and reduces the power consumption of the whole heater under the condition of obtaining the same amount of heat. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: a graphene PTC heat sink, which comprises PTC and heat sink, which are fixedly connected together. The surface of the PTC and the heat sink is sprayed with the graphene coating; and production of the graphene PTC heat sink, which involves (S1) combining the PTC and the heat sink to form a PTC heat sink, (S2) performing surface treatment on the PTC heat sink, (S3) preheating the PTC heat sink until the surface temperature reaches 40-60℃, and evenly spraying the graphene coating on the surface of the PTC heat sink, and (S4) baking at 250-280℃ for 15-25 minutes.
