NOVELTY - A uniform heat-dispersible coating comprises 26-28 pts. wt. acrylate, 22-26 pts. wt. graphene oxide-zeolite mixed powder, 18-24 pts. wt. multifunctional microspheres, 8-12 pts. wt. polyphenylene ether, 6-10 pts. wt. propylene glycol butyl ether, 4-8 pts. wt. polyketone resin, 3-5 pts. wt. filler, and 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant. The graphene oxide-zeolite mixed powder is prepared by drying graphene oxide and zeolite, crushing, adding distilled water to the crushed powder, leaving still, layering the filtrate over 80 mesh sieve, ultrasonically dispersing for 25-35 minutes, feeding into a spray dryer, drying, and sieving by 20-60 mesh sieve. USE - Uniform heat-dispersible coating for bath heater. ADVANTAGE - The uniform heat-dispersible coating has excellent heating and therapeutic effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of uniform heat-dispersible coating, which involves (1) weighing raw materials of each component, (2) mixing acrylate, graphene oxide-zeolite mixed powder, polyphenylene ether, propylene glycol butyl ether, and polyketone resin in a high-speed mixer, and stirring at speed of 650-750 rpm for 25-35 minutes to obtain mixture (A), and (3) adding the mixture (A), multifunctional microspheres, filler, and dispersant to a high-speed mixer, mixing, and stirring at speed of 1450-1550 rpm for 55-65 minutes.
