NOVELTY - The substrate has a copper nano-particle layer formed between a copper film and a graphene. The copper film is formed as a sandwich structure. A surface of the copper film is formed with a graphene layer that is arranged with the copper nano-particle layer. USE - Sensitive copper SERS substrate. ADVANTAGE - The substrate is inexpensive, has better plasma coupling effect, and improves sensibility of SERS substrate.
