NOVELTY - 5 G-polyphenylene sulfide film comprises 65-80 pts. wt. polyphenylene sulfide resin, 25-35 pts. wt. hyper-branched polyimide, 10-15 pts. wt. N-vinyl o-phenylimine/((3,3,3-trifluoro-1-propenyl)thio) benzene/ethenyl-benzenesulfonic acid/isopropenylboronic acid pinacol ester/vinyltrimethoxysilane copolymer, 5-8 pts. wt. fluorine-phosphorus co-doped nano mica powder, 3-6 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene, and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. phosphorus pentoxide. USE - Used as 5 G-polyphenylene sulfide film. ADVANTAGE - The film is economical; and has low dielectric constant and dielectric loss, strong metal binding force, excellent temperature resistance and flame retardancy, and good comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the 5 G-polyphenylene sulfide film, comprising (a) uniformly mixing the raw materials according to the ratio to obtain mixed material, and (b) adding the mixed material to a single-screw extrusion casting machine, melt extruding, cast molding, cooling, and coiling.
