▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for processing waste photovoltaic modules involves removing glass from waste photovoltaic modules to obtain glass and cells attached with organic substance, performing embrittlement and pulverization of organic-attached cell to obtain a silicon/organic mixed powder, mixing the silicon/organic mixed powder with catalyst, and performing microwave pyrolysis to obtain a silicon-carbon composite material and hydrogen. The catalyst is metal and/or metal oxide. USE - Method for processing waste photovoltaic modules. ADVANTAGE - The method uses catalytically assisted microwave pyrolysis to decompose plastics in waste photovoltaic modules into carbon and hydrogen in one step, and carbon can form silicon-carbon composite negative electrode material with silicon material and hydrogen can further be used as a clean energy, and is capable of solving the problem that the silicon material in photovoltaic modules is difficult to efficiently recycle, and the surface organic film or plastic backplane is difficult to degrade. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of waste photovoltaic modules, which involves: (a) processing the waste photovoltaic modules to obtain glass, silicon-carbon composite material and hydrogen gas, where the silicon-carbon composite material is a nano-metal loaded porous silicon-carbon composite material or a porous silicon-carbon composite material.
