NOVELTY - The method involves selecting quartz optical fiber material. A graphene film layer is arranged with an insulation protection layer. An electric optical cable main body is connected with a quartz thin film. A graphene film is covered with a surface of a quartz light fiber layer. A wrapping insulation layer is arranged on the graphene film and made of polyethylene. Graphene thin film growing process is performed. Carbon material is adhered on the quartz optical fiber material. Hot weather chemistry sedimentation process is performed according to plasma oxygen addition process.
