NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly polyvinyl chloride mixed with polyethylene double-wall corrugated pipe, comprises 30-50 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon nanofiber, 10-20 pts. wt. polyvinylidene, 10-20 pts. wt. styrene copolymer, 3-5 pts. wt. colorant, 3-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 3-5 pts. wt. environmentally friendly plasticizer, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, and 3-10 pts. wt. antibacterial agent. USE - Used as environmentally friendly polyvinyl chloride mixed with polyethylene double-wall corrugated pipe. ADVANTAGE - The pipe improves the product quality of the corrugated pipe, reduces the influence and pollution to the environment of the corrugated pipe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the pipe comprising (i) drying polyethylene resin, carbon nanofibers, polyvinylidene, styrene copolymer, colorant, antioxidant, environmentally friendly plasticizer, filler and antibacterial agents at 40-60 degrees C for 6-8 hours to remove the internal moisture of the raw materials, (ii) pre-treating the filler, take polyethylene resin, carbon nanofiber, polyvinylidene, antioxidant, colorant and styrene copolymer, melt blending, and evenly stirring, (iii) mixing the bacteriostatic agent and the environmentally friendly plasticizer, grinding and mixing into the blend a, heating to plasticize, and continuously stirring for 20-40 minutes to prepare the polyvinyl chloride mixed with polyethylene double-wall corrugated pipe substrate, (iv) placing the polyvinyl chloride mixed with polyethylene double-wall corrugated pipe base material in a twin-screw extruder for extrusion molding, preparing the prototype of the polyvinyl chloride mixed with polyethylene double-wall corrugated pipe, and placing the prototype of the polyvinyl chloride mixed with polyethylene double-wall corrugated pipe in the mold to finalize the shape, and (v) shaping polyvinyl chloride mixed with polyethylene double-wall corrugated pipe, demolding the mold, and spraying the surface with water to cool, and cutting.
