NOVELTY - Graphene technology-based far infrared shoe material comprises 50-80 pts. wt. ethylene vinyl acetate vinegar, 20-50 pts. wt. ethyleneoctylene copolymer, 3-10 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene terpolymer rubber, 0.5-5 pts. wt. graphene powder, 3-15 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 0.3-1 pt. wt. talc powder, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 1-5 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - The shoe material is useful for warming, expanding blood capillaries, promoting blood circulation, strengthening metabolism between tissues, increasing regeneration ability of tissues, improving immunity of body and regulating autonomic nerves. ADVANTAGE - The shoe material has far-infrared effect and high intensity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing graphene technology-based far infrared shoe material involving (a) adding graphene powder and talc powder in a weight ratio of 1:4, stirring uniformly at not greater than 90 degrees C to form graphene powder mixed composite material, cooling to 32-40 degrees C, (b) pouring the ethylene vinyl acetate vinegar, ethylene octene copolymer, ethylene propylene diene terpolymer rubber, graphene talc blend composite, stearic acid, zinc stearate and zinc oxide into an internal mixer for mixing for 7-9 minutes at 105 degrees C, (c) after mixing the material, adding crosslinking agent and foaming agent, mixing for 3-5 minutes at 115-120 degrees C, pouring into a granulator, granulating or rotating the sheet, then molding and foaming and performing injection foaming or molding foaming at 180 degrees C.
