NOVELTY - Elastomer preparation comprises 100 phr base polymer, 0.10-1 phr dispersant, 0.01-2 phr wetting agent, 0.30-2 phr anti-sticking agent, 0.10-2 phr pH regulator, 0.01-3 phr stabilizer, 0.30-2 phr crosslinking agent, 0.05-2 phr accelerator, 0.05-3 phr activator, 0.01-0.20 phr defoamer, 0.01-2 phr enhancer, and 0.05-2 phr thickener, where, the reinforcing agent is carbon nanotube cotton dispersion, and/or graphene oxide dispersion. USE - Used as elastomer preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) elastomer glove; and (2) preparing elastomer preparation comprising (a) adding at least one enhancer to composite latex matrix to produce a mixture, and (b) stirring obtained mixture for 18-24 hours to produce the elastomer preparation, where the reinforcing agent is carbon nanotube cotton dispersion in the range of 0.01-2 phr, and where the compounded latex matrix includes 100 phr base polymer, 0.10-1 phr dispersant, 0.01-2 phr wetting agent, 0.30-2 phr anti-sticking agent, 0.10-2 phr pH regulator, 0.01-3 phr stabilizer, 0.30-2 phr crosslinking agent, 0.05-2 phr accelerator, 0.05-3 phr activator, 0.01-0.20 phr defoamer, 0.01-2 phr enhancer, and 0.05-2 phr thickener.
