NOVELTY - Nanocomposite material based on silicon and/or nitrogen-containing planar hetero-substituted carbon graphene-like structures comprises nitrogen, silicon and carbon atoms in graphene planes corresponding to the structure of low-layer graphene-like materials, where nitrogen and silicon atoms are localized both inside and at the edges of the graphene planes of the material.
