▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide grafted polyacrylonitrile fiber heavy metal adsorption film comprises (i) adding graphene oxide and chloropropyltriethoxysilane into ethanol solution, ultrasonically dispersing, stirring and heating to react, filtering, washing, and vacuum drying to obtain functional modified graphene; (ii) adding functionalized modified graphene oxide, tert-butyl hydroperoxide and sodium hydrogen carbonate to 1,4-dioxane solvent, performing constant temperature reaction, filtering, wash, and vacuum drying to obtain tert-butyl peroxidegraphene; and (iii) adding acrylonitrile and tert-butyl peroxidegraphene into N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, adding 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine oxide, heating and stirring to react, allowing to stand for defoaming, adding obtained spinning solution into an electrostatic spinning machine, and performing electrospinning on the receiving plate under spinning voltage of 18-20 KV. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide grafted polyacrylonitrile fiber heavy metal adsorption film. ADVANTAGE - The film has good electrostatic adsorption performance, good dispersibility, high interface bonding degree and good mechanical performance; eliminates the stress generated in the stretching process; overcomes the mechanical property defect caused by the electrostatic spinning technology.
