NOVELTY - The cathode has a conductive base plate whose surface is formed with a hexagonal boron nitride film. A graphene emission film is bonded on the hexagonal boron nitride film away from the surface of the conductive substrate, where size of the hexagonal boron nitride film of a hexagonal boron nitride nano-sheet is measured as 0.1 micrometer to 10 micrometer, thickness of the graphene emission film is is measured as 1 nanometer to 50 nanometer and thickness of the graphene emitting film is measured as 1 meter to 10 meter. Another surface of the conductive base plate is formed with a metal film. USE - Graphene field emitting cathode. ADVANTAGE - The cathode has high current emission stability.
