▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide is added to distilled water, ultrasonically dispersed for 10-30 minutes, to obtain aqueous graphene oxide solution having concentration of 1-2 mg/ml. Borax is added to aqueous graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically dispersed for 10-30 minutes, and uniformly mixed, to obtain borax mixture. Zinc chloride is added to distilled water, to obtain aqueous solution of zinc chloride. The aqueous solution of zinc chloride is added to the obtained borax mixture, suction filtered, washed with water, and dried at 70 degrees C, to obtain zinc borate-based graphene oxide. USE - Preparation of zinc borate-based graphene oxide used as tribological additive in base oil (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables environmentally-friendly preparation of zinc borate-based graphene oxide having excellent redispersibility and wear resistance, and high quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide is added to distilled water, ultrasonically dispersed for 10-30 minutes, to obtain aqueous graphene oxide solution having concentration of 1-2 mg/ml. Borax is added to aqueous graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically dispersed for 10-30 minutes, and uniformly mixed, to obtain borax mixture. The mass ratio of graphene oxide and borax is 1:200-400. Zinc chloride is added to distilled water, to obtain aqueous solution of zinc chloride having concentration of 0.001-0.002 mol/ml. The aqueous solution of zinc chloride is added to the obtained borax mixture, temperature is controlled at 40-80 degrees C for 5-20 minutes, pH is adjusted at 8 with ammonia, temperature is controlled at 40-80 degrees C for 5-10 hours, suction filtered, washed with water until the effluent is neutral, and dried at 70 degrees C, to obtain zinc borate-based graphene oxide. The ratio of aqueous solution of zinc chloride and borax mixture is 5-7:20.
