▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves coating a fiber with chitosan using an aqueous solution of chitosan. The fiber is coated with graphene oxide using an aqueous solution of graphene oxide. The fiber is coated with metal ions using an aqueous metal salt solution. The metal nanoparticles are reduced by reacting fiber with a reducing agent. The fiber is dried with heat. The graphene oxide is reduced by the drying step. The cationic properties are imparted to the fiber by the chitosan coating. The chitosan aqueous solution is a 1% chitosan aqueous solution as a mass percentage. The copper nanoparticles are used as the metal nanoparticles. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene-based antibacterial fiber (claimed) with metal nanoparticle. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene-based antibacterial fiber having excellent antibacterial ability and strength. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the method for manufacturing graphene-based antibacterial fiber.
