NOVELTY - Joint preparation involves melting tin-zinc eutectic solder in a quartz container, adding multiple layers of graphene oxide and silicon carbide microparticles, and then placing quartz container at room temperature to 180-200 degrees C to make a mixed solder. The steel mold is heated at 180-200 degrees C, where the mixed solder in the quartz container is cast into the steel mold. The steel mold is placed with the mixed solder in a room temperature environment and cooled to obtain the used solder. The welding unit of the aluminum alloy plate is placed on the heating platform at 230-250 degrees C for 1-3 seconds to obtain brazed joints with grains oriented along X axis of the base material. USE - Method for preparing a joint with directional grain brazing by rapid ultrasonic assist. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the joint with greater strength than the strength of the aluminum alloy joint prepared by the existing in a simple and cost-effective manner.
