NOVELTY - Antistatic powder coating comprises component-A and component-B. The weight ratio of the component-A and component-B is 200-20:1. The component-A includes 30.0-75 wt.% resin, 3-30 wt.% curing agent, 0.8-1.5 wt.% flatting agent, 1-5 wt.% coupling agent, 0.3-1 wt.% antifoaming agent, 0.2-1 wt.% electric power increasing agent, 0.5-5 wt.% other auxiliary agent and 10-45 wt.% pigments and fillers. The component-B comprises 40-85 wt.% composite conductive auxiliary agent, 10-58 wt.% organic acid modified stabilizer, 0.5-8 wt.% coupling agent and 0.2-5 wt.% dispersant. USE - Used as antistatic powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The antistatic powder coating improves the application efficiency of conductive materials and reduces the cost of the coating, and has improved corrosion resistance and conductivity stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the antistatic powder coating, comprising (a) adding the component-A raw materials into a high-speed mixer for mixing with a speed of 1500-2500 revolutions/minutes for 2-15 minutes to obtain a premix, (b) adding the premix to a high-temperature extruder, performing melt mixing, cooling, and tableting to form a tableting material, finely powdering the tablet material, and sieving the particle size to a D50 of 15-50 mu m powder particles to obtain component-A powder, and (c) mixing the component-A powder and the component-B material according to a weight ratio of 200-20:1, adding into the micro-powder agglomeration device to obtain agglomerates, micronizing the agglomerates, sieving to a D50 of 20-50 mu m powder particles to obtain an antistatic powder coating, where the feeding speed of the agglomeration equipment is set to 5-45 Hz, the temperature is set to 30-85 degrees C, the operating frequency is set to 18-50 Hz, the pressure is set to 0-20 MPa, and the agglomeration time is set to 2-20 minutes.
