▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide (GO)/silicon dioxide supported Ziegler-Natta (Z-N) catalyst comprises a Z-N catalyst attached to a GO/silicon dioxide support, where the GO/silicon dioxide support has a weight ratio of GO:silicon dioxide of greater than 1:5, and the GO comprises at least 25 mol.% oxygen atoms, or the GO/silicon dioxide support has a weight ratio of GO:silicon dioxide of less than 0.20, preferably 0.03-0.08, and the GO comprises at least 25 mol.% oxygen atoms. USE - The (GO)/silicon dioxide supported Z-N catalyst for homopolymerization and copolymerization ethylene, propylene, and other alpha -olefins to produce film, fiber and molding. ADVANTAGE - None given. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method of producing the supported Z-N catalyst, which involves (a) mixing graphene oxide (GO) with silicon dioxide at a weight ratio of greater than 1:5 to form a GO/silicon dioxide mixture, preferably mixing the GO and silicon dioxide by combining the GO and silicon dioxide and agitating the mixture, (b) dispersing the GO/silicon dioxide mixture in a liquid to form a dispersion, and (c) reacting the dispersion with a reactant mixture of magnesium compound, an electron donor compound, a halogen compound, and a compound comprising titanium, zirconium, or vanadium under conditions sufficient to produce the Z-N/GO/silicon dioxide catalyst; and (2) a method for polymerizing an alpha -olefin, preferably ethylene, which involves contacting an activated Z-N/GO/silicon dioxide catalyst with gaseous reactant mixture comprising an alpha -olefin and hydrogen under conditions sufficient to polymerize the alpha -olefin, preferably activating the Z-N/GO/silicon dioxide catalyst by contacting the Z-N/GO/silicon dioxide catalyst with an aluminum compound, preferably triethylaluminum.
