▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Cement base fluorine-containing copolymer emulsion comprises 2-50 wt.% polymerizable monomer, 0-5 wt.% emulsifier, 0-5 wt.% inorganic nano-material and water (balanced amount), where the polymerizable monomer is composed of 15-60 wt.% fluorine-containing monomer and 40-85 wt.% non-fluorine monomer. USE - The cement base fluorine-containing copolymer emulsion is useful for preparation of superhydrophobic concrete (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cement base fluorine-containing copolymer emulsion: utilizes components, which does not contain sulfate radicals and chloride ions to corrode concrete; does not react with cement hydrates; is stable and storage-resistant emulsion, and convenient to use; has simple preparation process; ensures the superhydrophobic concrete with high impermeability, super-hydrophobic property and wear resistance property; can significantly improve the durability of concrete; and has good use prospect in areas with high temperature difference, rain and snow, and coastal areas. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparation of cement base fluorine-containing copolymer emulsion, comprising (1) mixing and dispersing emulsifier, water, fluorine-containing monomer, non-fluorine monomer and inorganic nano-materials to obtain pre-emulsion, and (2) adding 0.5-3 wt.% initiator based on total weight of polymerizable monomers into the pre-emulsion, polymerizing at 40-90?oC for 1-12 hours, adjusting the pH of reaction system to 7-14 with an alkali solution to obtain final product; uperhydrophobic concrete, comprising conventional concrete and cement base fluorine-containing copolymer emulsion; and preparation of superhydrophobic concrete, comprising (1) mixing cement, fine sand, water and cement base fluorine-containing copolymer emulsion, and stirring to form cement slurry, and (2) pouring the cement slurry into a mold, molding, and natural air-drying or curing air-drying to obtain final product.
