NOVELTY - Graphene material comprises at least a layer of graphene structure unit including graphene sheet and a copper chloride inserted between the graphene sheets. The layer number of the graphene sheet is less than 100 layers. The copper chloride is intercalated between the graphene sheet layers in the form of ionic compound. USE - Used as the graphene material comprising at least a layer of graphene structure unit. ADVANTAGE - The graphene material: has high density (more than 2 g/cm3) and high conductivity (more than metal material) and high temperature resistance stability; achieves multiple reflection of the electromagnetic wave; improves electromagnetic shielding ability; can be stably used in the high temperature environment (more than 200 degrees C); and is suitable for large-scale application of graphene material in the actual environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising drying and forming the graphene oxide with size greater than 10 mu m, reducing using a chemical reducing agent, graphitizing to obtain a graphene porous film, sealing the graphene porous film with anhydrous copper chloride in an sealed cavity, heating at 450-550 degrees C for more than 12 hours, and compacting to obtain the material.
