NOVELTY - A co-production method of low-layer graphene and hydrogen involves adding metal-containing catalyst to reaction vessel, heating metal-containing catalyst to molten state, passing hydrocarbon gas into molten metal-containing catalyst, forming hydrocarbon gas into micron bubbles in molten metal-containing catalyst to obtain solid product and gas after reaction, collecting solid product, purifying, collecting gas and separating. USE - Co-production method of low-layer graphene and hydrogen. ADVANTAGE - The method and device can achieve the efficient conversion of hydrocarbon gas into low-layer graphene and hydrogen and it has simple preparation conditions, wide window of growth parameters, excellent repeatability and is environmentally-friendly.
