NOVELTY - Preparing large-area graphene involves depositing a metal film on a surface of a substrate, preparing an organic precursor film by spin coating on a surface of the metal film. The organic precursor film is subjected to high temperature treatment to obtain a graphene film. USE - Method for preparing large-area graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare large-area graphene in cost effective manner, which has high efficiency, realizes mass production.
