▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of self-assembled composite of carbon nitride and graphene oxide involves heat-treating mixed solution in which carbon nitride precursor and graphene oxide are dissolved. The carbon nitride precursor is melamine and trithiocyanuric acid. USE - Manufacture of self-assembled composite of carbon nitride and graphene oxide used for positive electrode for lithium-sulfur battery (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to mobile telephone, notebook computer, digital camera, hybrid electric vehicle, electric vehicle, plug-in hybrid electric vehicle and power storage system. ADVANTAGE - The self-assembled composite of carbon nitride and graphene oxide has excellent conductivity, and adsorbs lithium polysulfide which flows out from positive electrode during charge/discharge, to prevent dispersion and suppress shuttle reaction and improve capacity and lifespan properties of lithium-sulfur battery. The composite can suppress elution of lithium polysulfide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) self-assembled composite of carbon nitride and graphene oxide; (2) positive electrode, which comprises the composite and further contains sulfur; and (3) lithium-sulfur battery, which comprises a negative electrode, the positive electrode, a separation film arranged between the electrodes, and an electrolyte for impregnating the separation film and the electrodes.
