NOVELTY - Graphene nano-material aptamer biosensor comprises bottom plate (1), buffer device (2) is provided at four corners of top end of the bottom plate, detection box (4) is provided at top end of buffer device, electric telescopic rod is arranged at the bottom of detection box. The top end of the electric telescopic rod (7) is provided with piezoelectric base layer (6). The detection station is provided in middle portion of the top end of the piezoelectric base layer, chrome film is provided at bottom of inspection station, the top end of the chromium film is chrome-plated with a gold film, the gold film is coated with aptamer, and the top end of gold film is provided with porous silicon. The one side of detecting station is provided with first protection room, one side of detection box is provided with temperature control switch, the detection head of temperature control switch is located inside detection box, heating plate is provided on both sides of inner wall of detecting box.
