NOVELTY - The heating film has a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) effect electric heating layer including a component that includes nano-silicon hybrid resin, sheet-graphene, heat-sensitive material, conductive agent and auxiliary agent. The electric heating layer is covered on a side or two sides of a film base material. A circulating relay is set in a conductive circuit. The heat-sensitive material is contained with polyethylene oxide, microcrystalline wax and barium titanate. The conductive agent is selected from conductive graphite, conductive carbon black, carbon nano tube, carbon fibre and conductive metal powder. The auxiliary agent is selected from wetting dispersant, flatting agent and thickening agent. USE - PTC effect electric heating film for an electric floor heating system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heating film has no overheating problem, low energy consumption, long service life and wide application prospect.
