▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene nanoribbon comprises mixing carbon nanotubes and acid solution at mass ratio of 0.01-0.05 L/g, refluxing at 120-140 degrees C for 4-8 hours, removing carbon nanotubes, and washing with deionized water for 3-5 times; placing in container, soaking in 0.5-5 mol/L alkaline solution, heating to 80-100 degrees C for 10-30 minutes in water bath, removing carbon nanotubes, and washing with deionized water to neutralize; and repeating first and second steps for 1-8 times. USE - Method for preparation of graphene nanoribbon (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and suitable for large-scale industrial production, and has low cost. The nanoribbon has good performance.
