NOVELTY - Preparing amorphous carbon graphene involves selecting amorphous carbon materials, medium-fine crushing into 0.004-20 mm, sieving, putting sieved raw material into pot, dry mixing and heating to 65-160 degrees C, adding bonding agent, kneading for 45 minutes in kneading pot, and cooling the paste to 45-150 degrees C. The temperature difference is not greater than 3 degrees C. The paste is cooled to 45-150 degrees C, added into molding machine, extruted under pressure of 5-13 megapascal to obtain amorphous carbon materials blank. The blank is added into calcined furnace with insulating material at room temperature to 1250 degrees C under the condition of heating for 320-600 hours to form blank. The blank is calcined into graphitization furnace at distance of 50-120 mm. The resistor material is added for electric heating and graphitizing furnace power transmission curve for 6-10 hours with 9000-25000 kilowatt hour. The maximum load is added under the condition of constant temperature for 8-16 hours. USE - Method for preparing amorphous carbon graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare amorphous carbon graphene that is suitable for industrial production on large scale and stable, and in simple and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphitizing furnace temperature is 600 degrees C, and product is discharged.
