NOVELTY - The method involves manufacturing a cylindrical preform (31) formed with a set of through-holes (32). An active material (20) is coated on the electrode surface to produce a high-conductivity electrode (10,21) coated with the active material. The high-conductive electrode coated with the active material is feed into the through-holes, and a thermal drawing process is performed to produce fibers provided with a diameter less than a specific diameter. A solid electrolyte polymer (30) is formed by impregnating the fibers in a liquid electrolyte. The electrode wire is made of a metal wire, a metal oxide or a conductive polymer, and the active material is activated carbon, carbon nanotube, graphene, metal oxide, electroactive polymer or composite of activated carbon, carbon nanotube, graphene, metal oxide and electroactive polymer. USE - Method for manufacturing fiber-type supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture supercapacitor in a simple and cost-effective manner.
