NOVELTY - Preparing photoluminescent finishing agent based on silicon dioxide microsphere comprises (i) mixing the silicon source with solvent, adding polyether, heating and refluxing to obtain mixed solution, dripping aqueous ammonia and hydrogen peroxide into mixed solution, finishing dripping, heating reaction, filtering the product, washing, and drying to obtain polyether modified silicon dioxide microsphere, (ii) dispersing the carboxylated graphene quantum dot powder and polyether modified silicon dioxide microsphere in the solvent, adding rare earth metal element, adding phosphate under the heating condition, and sealing the reaction to obtain fluorescent material, and (iii) dispersing the polyvinylidene fluoride in the system, and stirring to obtain photoluminescence finishing agent. USE - The photoluminescent finishing agent based on silica microspheres is useful in military and police clothing, and finishing the police reflection coating. ADVANTAGE - The finishing agent has high reflective intensity under light irradiation, has long-lasting fluorescence characteristics in the absence of light after light irradiation, and has good photoluminescence performance through the refraction effect of silicon dioxide microspheres.
