NOVELTY - Preparation of high-quality graphene by delocalized electrochemical stripping involves using metal positive electrode and platinum sheet as positive electrode and negative electrode respectively, and placing in electrolyte solution for electrochemically stripping of graphene, setting the negative and positive electrodes at intervals, and extending in bottom of the electrolyte solution to form an electrolytic cell structure, adding graphite in electrolytic solution, electrolyzing at a constant voltage of 10-50 V under stirring until the graphite in the solution is completely peeled off, cleaning, and dispersing. USE - Preparation of high-quality graphene used in energy storage, seawater purification, anti-corrosive material, catalysis, biomedical engineering, and detector. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the high-efficiency preparation of high-yield and low-defect graphene, pushes the efficiency of electrochemical exfoliation and the quality of graphene to a new height, and accelerates the large-scale batch preparation and commercial application of high-quality graphene, can ensure high-efficiency stripping and achieve non-destructive structural damage, and the process is easy to scale up and continuously peeling graphene.
